He says he has been cooking sadza in the streets for two years before the video blew up. He confirmed he was a teacher but had been forced to cook sadza to fend for his five children. He said his wife lived in Rusape with their son who suffers from epilepsy. Municipal cops, he said, have looked the other way until the video hit social media. They detained him because he was breaking by-laws. Several people have pledged to support the former teacher to formalise his hustle.
