Mai Ngaa says she left Kapfupi in February last year after his alcoholism spiralled out of control. She said when she packed her bags that time she stayed away for a month and returned, only to realise that nothing had changed. In fact it was worse. She said the last straw was when Kapfupi ate poo. “Vakadya poo yemwana. Ndinazvo pavideo. Vaiti ndoda kukuratidza kuti ndiritsvina. Kubva ipapo zvakandiremera…..ndakabva ndaona kuti hapana kwatirikuenda.”
She confirmed that she has a new man in her life who is planning to marry her. The boyfriend is the one looking after her and Kapfupi’s children. She denied Kapfupi’s claims that she cheated, insisting that she got a boyfriend when they had both moved on. She said Kapfupi has a new girlfriend, “munhu ane munhu wake” She rubbished claims that she was impregnated by her boyfriend and had a miscarriage. She said that never happened.
She said
Kapfupi never paid a cent for her for roora for the 20 years they stayed together,
so “nyaya yegupuro haipo.”
She said they
had nothing to their name. The only asset they had was the car donated by
Wicknell. She said when he got the second car she had already dumped him. She said she turned up to collect the car, only because Wicknell had insisted that he will only release it if she was present. She said that she would never take Kapfupi back.
