A Chegutu court heard that Nduna misrepresented to
motorists that a company linked to him, Team Chapter, was now in charge of
collecting vehicle parking fees.
“The accused person made a representation to cause...to act
upon the misrepresentation to his prejudice by telling him false demands on
behalf of Chegutu municipality claiming that he wanted cash for parking.”
He will be back in court next Tuesday for bail hearing.
