The State told the magistrate that Amir Mhaka’s phone is still
to be examined and a report produced. The
phone was handed in on May 2.
Mhaka’s lawyer, Admire Rubaya, said the postponement of the case was unjustified. He said he would file an application for removal of remand if the State was not ready to go to trial. The case was postponed to June 5.
