DJ Ollah says he was never arrested per se. He said the incident captured on videos circulating on social media happened yesterday. He said someone reversed into his car but did not cause damage. That driver had cops in his car who later had issues with him. He said a plain clothes cop emerged and cuffed him without the facts. After explanations, he said the cuffs were removed and he left.
