Kit Kat’s dream of owning the late Ginimbi’s Lamborghini is back on after the late socialite’s estate executor approached the Supreme Court to challenge the decision to declare his unsigned will null and void. The Kadungure family said the unsigned will was a fraudulent document designed to steal from the estate. They said they accepted the will at first because they were in mourning at the time it was presented. But they later realised that the will was fake and challenged it in court. A High Court judge agreed with the family.
