PERM SEC FLAUNTS WEALTH AGAIN

Ministry of Finance's permanent secretary, George Guvamatanga threw a lavish party to celebrate his 50th birthday. South African artists Makhadzi and Mafikizolo rocked the party. He was roundly condemned when he flew his family and friends to Vic Falls the last time. He has said he accumulated the wealth as a private businessman.
