Wicknell Chivayo is likely to be forced to pay back the US$5 million he received from Zesa for the Gwanda solar project after losing the case at the Supreme Court on appeal. The court overturned a High Cout judgement which had said Intatrek contract with Zesa was still valid. Zesa appealed and won the case. |
