He claimed he bought the car for R3 million but the State says the
actual cost was R5 million.
He was
dragged before a Harare magistrate and charged with fraud. But this time the
State did not oppose bail.
He was ordered to deposit RTGS$5 000 bail, report once
every two weeks at the police and to reside at his Domboshava mansion.
