Thokozani Khupe who was fired by Nelson Chamisa has lost her case at the Constitutional Court.
Khupe had demanded damages after she was booted out of Parliament when Chamisa wrote to the Speaker and said that she no longer represented interests of the party.
Khupe had claimed Chamisa had no authority to fire her from the party. But a full ConCourt bench chaired by Justice Luke Malaba dismissed her application.
“The application is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs,” Malaba said.
