which were foraged in Chirumhanzu. It has Zumbani (Lipia Javanica), gavi
remususu (silver leaf tree bark) muchokochiyana, sedzchuan, rooibos, buchu,
ginger and Italian Juniper berries.
Dhafana said :”Thank you London and your lovely people, A huge

Hein Koegeleberg, Jan Joubert, Lamotte wines Janno Briers-Louw , Simon A.
Obholzer and all those to attended the first ever Mosi wine event at 67 Pall
Mall which is the best posh wine club in London. Not forgetting all Mosi
supporters back home. I love you all.”
Dhafana and his wife fled Zimbabwe 10 years ago to make a
life in Cape Town, SA. Starting as a gardener, then barman and tasting his
first glass of wine at age 29, enrolling at the Cape Wine Academy in 2013 and
producing his own wine, Mosi Wines in 2014, with one tonne of grapes that he
purchased from savings.
Subsequently he has unearthed an inane blind tasting skill,
become a professional taster and is head sommelier at the internationally
acclaimed La Colombe restaurant.
