These are the toilets at Beitbridge Hospital which have shocked. Sean The Watchman said :"My uncle broke his leg and was taken to BBG Hospital by his friends. I got a call from him and I rushed there.

 Upon arrival waiting for the paperwork to be processed he asked to be taken to the loo. We had to carry him because the whole hospital is only serviced by one wheelchair. This is the state of our toilets at Beitbridge Hospital. I am wondering how do people relieve themselves in such place. I am not here to blame anyone or point fingers.
