The new Miss Zimbabwe, Belinda Potts says she does not have a driver's licence and will have to wait longer to claim her prize.Belinda, a Veterinary Science student at Mazowe College is to receive a cash prize of $20 000 and a vehicle, a KIA Rio as part of her prizes. For coming out tops, she also automatically won the ticket to represent the country at the Miss World contest being held in China in December.
