This is Mike Mutongerwa who is hoping to represent ward 9 in the Harare City Council. Back in 2009 Mutongerwa pleaded guilty to identity theft in the USA. He had used someone's name to get a passport. He was placed on six months probation. In 2013 he tried to be a councillor.
