The Kariba community with the help of Tony Waite have come up with these reusable sanitary pads. The Patsaka Trust said the pads "are very cheap and affordable to every female in Kariba and Zimbabwe at large. Comparing it to the common pads we have known for years its environmental friendly. Among other advantages it does not cause cancer and its comfortable."
