The High Court has ruled that the November 2017 English
Language Paper 2 will not be re-written.
Justice Matanda-Moyo said instead, ZIMSEC should grade the
pupils based on English Paper 1. She recommended that ZIMSEC officials should face
the wrath of the law for their conduct. Zimsec had said the paper must be
re-written because of widespread cheating.
