President Mnangagwa has rescued a Zimbabwean woman and her
three children who were stranded in the DRC.
Blessing Kapora met her man in South Africa and the couple
had three kids. When they both lost their jobs they decided to head to the DRC
after life in SA became unbearable.
In the DRC they could not find work and the husband decided
to return to SA. He hoped his family would join him. But that never happened
and the Zimbabwean was left with the in-laws in the DRC and life was tough.
She was then advised to get assistance from the embassy.
For the past year she got no help until President Mnangagwa’s visit. Yesterday
she was back home with her family.
