The picture on the right was me last year on the 26th of
October. The one on the left was taken last week. Last night Ellen Vannessa
Chironga and I were up sending each other photos we hadn’t gotten round to
sending to each other and I was in shock because I know I don’t look like I did
last year , but I also didn’t realise how much weight I had gained.
I know a lot of us struggle with weight loss and people
show you when they’ve already lost the weight but I wanted to encourage you
today to wake up and go for a 30 minutes walk... just a walk... tomorrow add
ten minutes. As days go by, try and run as far as you can without stopping, and
when you’re tired - power Walk.
Are you a foodie? So am I .. I’ve cut down all carbs. I
occasionally have brown rice and brown pasta but that change made a HUGE
difference! I don’t drink fizzy drinks, I don’t eat sweets, fast food or
chocolates. I also don’t take anything dairy (also because of my skin). Michelle Chiyangwa
I didn’t think I would get this far. I was 90kgs in the
picture on the right I don’t know how much I weigh now (I’m not weighing myself
until March).
